I could never get enough of Joe Walsh, so innovative and incredible arrangements. I still listen to all his pre-Eagles work including James Gang. Love self titled album, Barnstorm and of course "Smoker You Drink...., and You Can't Argue with a Sick Mind album. So many great songs with unlimited creativity and uniqueness as he kept evolving and elevating his beautiful music.

Never was that into the eagles until much later in life. I got So what when it first came out in 1974 when I was 13 and became an instant lifetime fan. Saw him five times solo over the years, it was always a great show. 63 and still listening to him almost daily.

Saw him at the Fillmore for the rides again tour . He was young sober and on fire . He was not only a great guitar player but also a great showman . The show was an inspiration for how good a 3 piece outfit can be

Well done Joe. I think what the programme missed is that Joe spent some time in New Zealand whee he often performed with iconic New Zealand band Herbs. Joe has attributed this as an important contribution to his turn around and recovery.

was hesitant to open this for fear of "clickbait" i was pleasantly surprised to find things out about this eclectic human. i have been a fan from the first James Gang song i heard. i too am a friend of Bill W's & was absolutely thrilled to learn of his sobriety..a difficult but imperative task for typical folk - in his line of work how challenging it must be. His musicality has a range far beyond most. i will engage at every opportunity to watch, listen to or see his uniqueness/talent. needless to say i am an avid fan.
