Hey Rob, thanks for the great content. The IXIC close for three straight weeks below the 200wMA. And also close below it (on the weekly) in March '20. From June through August of 2010 we also had some difficulties closing around this indicator. Unfortunately we now see big bearish divergence on the weekly with the RSI.
Still for the coming week(s) I would dip my toes in a little long around 9K-10K IXIC

Binance is supporting fees burn for Terra classic, meaning all trading fees will be used to buy and burn Terra classic thus continuously reducing the supply.
Remember Binance had a massive stake in Terra before it blew up and they have an interest to recover some of that money. If the trading volumes continue this way for the next year or so, you will be schicken at the value of this coin.
If Binance supports the move as it does at the moment, it will materialise I think
