Easy Homemade Pop-Tarts

Ingredients:
1 sheet thawed puff pastry dough
Jam of your choice
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbs milk Food coloring of choice- I used pink dragon fruit powder!
Sprinkles for topping
Directions:
1. Cut puff pastry dough into 6 rectangles
2. Add dollops of jam to the centers of half the rectangles
3. Place remaining dough rectangles on top and seal the edges with a fork
4. Transfer to a sheet pan
5. Using a fork, poke holes on top of dough
6. Bake in the oven at 375° for 15-20 minutes
7. In a small bowl combine, sugar, milk, and coloring together
8. Drizzle icing on top of cooled Pop-Tarts
9. Add sprinkles and enjoy!
