I think doom is actually a tank who thrives 1v1s against tanks as long as you use your abilities appropriately

as doom, you want to bait charge and use punch-hop (correct term forgotten) to move away, then just backpedal and dodge while firing. god forbid the rein doesnt charge though, because then your only choice is to punch when he puts up shield for primary fires and use your block to charge punch off fire strikes, which will also probably result in a charge.

There's no such thing as a bad character, it all comes up to how skillful you are and the way you play and the strategy you learn, if you take a person playing orisa for the first time and a person that has a thousand hours on mercy you'd be surprised what the mercy could do

Another thing is that doom is meant to dive into the backline and take out supports or dps
