Virtual rendition of How Excellent is Thy Loving Kindness by the Lux Terra Chapel Choir in loving memory of Sir Engr. Chief James Obong Bassey, KSJI who slept in the Lord on Sunday March 20, 2022 at the age of 78.

Engr. Bassey, as he was fondly called, was a member of the choir and remained very active until the last. He was an astute musician, veteran composer and choir director who has been in choir circles since 1952. He produced two editions of the Liturgical Hymn Book which contains both Nigerian and English hymns and contemporary songs written in the solfege system.

How Excellent is Thy Loving Kindness was his favourite song of all and we are very proud to do this in his memory on the first anniversary of his death.

May he rest in peace. Amen.
