Elon's other companies do allow a diverse cast of workers, but SpaceX does not for specific reason...it's illegal. SpaceX operates with government contracts very often and as such can only employ citizens but same government is also accusing him of not highering non-citizens which they claim is discrimination hence the lawsuit.

Essentially handling government contracts means the company will receive sensitive data which other nations want so they restrict it for safety measures. Mostly common in military industrial complex but also other branches such as NASA...ect ect

Hire people that is QUALIFIED. Were talking rocket scientiest levels of education. I am an immigrant that has moved to America and i would also like to work for SpaceX too but it makes no sense. Most third world countries is so corrupt you can by your College degree's without ever going to college. So it makes sense you hire the ones that are best for your business.

These are the things I don't like about America they talk about freedom but certain freedoms . I think the company should be allowed to hire whoever they want because they will always go for the best instead of diversity .
