If you think about it M87 is the only sans who can overpower a reset and loading without dt because of the nature of blackholes. As long as if the opponent is in the black hole, they can't send signals to their save point to cause these things to happen. If you don't believe me then do some research about black holes, they are VERY interesting and fun to research!
TLDR; M87 can overpower any dt abilities as long as the user of the abilities is in a blackhole (granted if they don't get whipped out from existence by then somehow)

First off, M87 has essentially been separated from just sans with funny black hole eye, and second off, my M87 headcanon is that like you said, he has no soul, but instead the sans *we* see is just a mobile version of the Messier 87, (also I always saw him as just like, some sans in the void between AU's and Timelines

Eu acho que ele contra esses sans ele não conseque (lembrando, é só minha opinião, NÃO tenho nenhum preconçeito com o sans M87, eu só acho, por favor não me critiquem): sans VHS, sans indie cross, formao time trio e só. (Tem um sans que é muito forte, que eu não sei qual é o nome, só que é um sans muito forte e branco.)
