Judging by the final statements alone, my top 3 would be:
1) Brazil
2) Peru
3) Mexico

Although I cannot say Mexico didn't deserve to win, I have to say that Brazil was absolutely perfect in this final part: not only did she deliver a perfect final statement, she also carried herself with poise, grace and beauty.

A special mention here to Miss Peru's beautiful and important message.
