I just complained about the burgers coming out grey , no crispy edges & requiring 2 extra segments of 3 minutes each. We have now eaten the meat. Surprise!!! We covered the ugly grey with cheese so they finally looked OK. HOWEVER, they were delicious! We always eat our meat well done so I struggle with keeping it moist & tender. These were perfectly well done, through & through and were moist & delicious. Honestly the very best burger I ever enjoyed. Thank you! I only wish I knew how to get them pretty. No, I did not over crowd, just 3 patties. Never a stove top for burgers again!!

Boy! Fresh organic grass fed beef, a great air frier, an ability to follow directions perfectly and did! Grey, blood bubbles on top & the flip side was mare grey. We were going for well done .. 379 for 8 minutes with a flip at 5 minutes. So far I’ve added 2 sets of 3 minutes and increased the temp to 390. The oven works perfectly. I used it an hour ago. U do not get it.

I make my patties with 20% fat and 80% meat, salt and pepper. Toasted sesame buns, caramlised onions, cheddar cheese, umami mayonnaise and crispy bacon. I think the dressing and quality of meat should do the talking. No need to add all of these spices and seasonings to the meat.
