I own 45k shares at 4.3$. While it has been so tempting to sell but I remind myself that all the patience we had to endure for the last 2 years have come to this exact moment: the turn around on all the news on tenants, debt refinancing, and the ramping up of their rent collections.
The premise of all the assumptions that made us hold and buy the last 2 years is that this stock should go up to book value at the very least and more if a short squeeze happens.
I am bullish, I won’t be buying more due to my large position but I will be holding all the way through to 2026 and maybe beyond.
