Did you know that France has invaded more than 90 countries in the world?!

These are all the countries that France has ever invaded. In North America, we include both the US and Canada. Moving south we add Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, many Caribbean islands, Brazil, and French Guyana which is still part of France until today. In Europe, we have to include almost the whole continent. Except for these few countries. The French during their colonial era took over almost all of North and West Africa, including also Madagascar and many African islands. Moving to Asia we talk about Yemen, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Turkey. Then this big bunch of former Soviet countries. Then Afghanistan, India, Mongolia, China, both Koreas, Taiwan, and most of the countries in Southeast Asia including Indonesia. Finally, few cherries in the Pacific and that’s it. Oh, dear Napoleon. Some of the countries weren’t invaded or occupied as of today but as a part of their former country.
