Spring is here! Ben Vrackie | Pitlochry | Revolution Race

Join Alistair and Douglas as they take advantage of some gorgeous spring weather to get back out on the mountains. Ben Vrackie is their hill of choice today, just outside of the picturesque town of Pitlochry. Ben Vrackie is one of the best known Corbetts, rising to a height of 841m. Alistair is also trying out a new set of trousers from Revolution Race, giving his opinion on how they feel.

After finishing the Rob Roy Way I stayed a few days in Pitlochry and had a day hike up to Ben Vrackie as well. Very nice place. Thx for sharing.

I jest but I am with you. My days of camouflage are behind me, I would rather be found quick sharp on the hills these days.
It wasn't until last year that I entered the pole market. I always thought "pfft, I'll not use those ever" now my body says, get those poles and they definitely make a difference, no doubt about that.
I've not yet done this one but it looked a fairly popular hill. The last time I was up that neck of the woods was on the Etape Caledonia last year, all the way out to Schiehallion, past that and back... a lovely area.
