"Nothing separates days but sleep."
This is genuinely profound.

God it's so weird seeing actually wholesome Adult Swim content. This like something you'd see on PBS. I kept waiting for the dark subversive turn and it never came.

I really wish he had a podcast. Just 30 minutes or more of him talking about anything to calming music would be fantastic.

Dear everyone, if you like Joe Pera's show please can we leave more user reviews online, like on metacritic? The media aren't promoting it much because it's not getting enough user ratings and reviews. If it doesn't get enough advertisement Joe might not be able to keep it going, and become a bricklayer again! Please upvote the comment to get the word out, thank you all.

And for twenty minutes, everything was fine and nothing hurt. Joe Pera is this day's Fred Rogers

I’m a nurse. And I work tomorrow at 0645 and I can’t sleep but I stumbled upon this somehow.
I feel relaxed and I’m going to sleep now.
Thank you Joe.

The fact that I audibly cheered “Yes!” When I heard that tree tv and waterfall tv were considering a merger shows exactly how wonderful joe is.

I heard Norm Macdonald once say "it's one thing to make someone laugh but another to make them smile"... whatever Joe is comedically he makes me smile

This is the vocal equivalent of gently being kissed on the forehead.

A lot of ‘relaxing’ stuff can be quite patronising and hollow. Joe bringing up mortality and not losing the soothing vibe is very powerful. I hope you all are doing alright and aren’t being too hard on yourselves. You’ve made it this far!

I wouldn't call him a comedian, it's something much more special

"Days have cycles and seasons have cycles but time is not a cycle for us, just a straight line, a one that doesn't continue forever but that's alright, my routine helps me forget this. "
You made me cry Joe!

Every Saturday, when I was young, I would lay across the carpet and open old electronics I got from Salvation Army to see how they worked. I would use the light from the sun beaming through the window. I would crawl with the light until it faded and then mom would call for supper.
I haven’t thought of that until I watched this video.

This is what happens when an entire generation's sense of humor relies on irony and cynicism - we begin to crave sincerity and wholesomeness

22 minutes and I didn't have to think about losing my job, evections, no job openings and going to to food bank Wednesday.
Thank you, have a safe Memorial day everyone.

At the end of the video footage, I suddenly cried. After all these years, I have been chasing happiness endlessly without realizing that something as yet very simple can be so beautiful. Thank you Joe Pera!

"But instead of going down that road, why don't I give you some good news? Tree TV is considering a merger with Waterfall TV. And I'd say it's pretty likely, cause I am the CEO of both."

"...But if just one nurse can come home and watch it to fall asleep, I think it would be worth it."
Thanks, Joe. I just got off of a shift today. I really needed this. Thank you, Joe Pera and AS. Goodnight.
