Fosi Audio V3 Mono - My First Experience w/Mono Speaker Amp! - Honest Audiophile Impressions

A BIG thank yoiu to Fosi Auido for providing the V3 Mono for review, much appreciated.

The Fosi Audio V3 Mono is a class D mono amplifier. This is my first ever experience using mono amps so I had no idea what to expect. There is no comparisons in this video as I don't have anything to compare as far as mono amps.

Hi Dave, always faithful to your videos, thanks! These little amps seem very good to me, I read that they tend to heat up a little quickly? It would be nice if they sold a matching preamp.

Fosi audio did a good job in the implementation of the Texas Instruments class D chips. They are on the right path. I wonder if TI will release an improved chip to continue their commendable progress. I think companies like Yamaha, Denon, etc., should look into using these IC technologies in their receivers that usually have amplifiers that fall short. This will lower prices & improve performance.

I have wonder if the high price of any of the amps out there that are built with off-the-shelf amp modules (ICE, HYPEX, ect...) is worth it over amps like this Fosi amp?
The only difference I see in those high priced amps is the case it the off-shelf-parts are in. Those amps kinda seems like a scam to me.

Can you give feedback on speakers being out of phase of you pair them with an active sub and how to solve it?

Anybody else here get a Fosi v3 monoblock amp and received 2 Muses02 chips? I bought 2 amps so they sent 2 chips, does anyone know if the two Muses02 chips are both supposed to be installed into one amp? Or is one chip for each amp? The reason I'm asking is because when you open the amp, there's 2 chips that look like they can be replaced by the Muses02. I know this is probably stupid, but this is my first time using an opamp
