4:45 I LOVE THIS AND I THINK IT'S A GREAT DETAIL. and Simon became more romantic with Jeanette when he was in his French mode, but that does not mean that he is not and this part shows it, where Simon, despite being out of the French effect, treats Jeanette in a nice way (only than something more shy). Simon was always romantic with Jeanette, only with the French effect he had the confidence that normal Simon lacked, and in this scene you can see that he is leaving his shyness behind. My favorite couple without a doubt!
