I’ve been an instructor for 5 seasons and I still have a soft spot for rollers, they’re so fun no matter your skill level

My favorite terrain park feature has been the square rail. It’s small and low to the ground and I’m using it to progress towards to the mythical circular rail..

I started learning 180 on 180 off on the dance floor box before stepping them up to the medium box, then adding in presses and other variations. Favorite feature of all time has to be big quarter pipes (20'+) with big log sticking out the top

1. Medium battleship rail. (preferably with side entrance options)
2. A well made small jump (fairly steep take off and landing with a small gap allowing for a variety of air times)
3. small tube down, street entrance
4. Hip jump
5. pole jam
6. small wall ride
7. side hit with a good run in
8. Large tube flat
9. rollers
10. small tube on top of a quarter pipe

Hips are also great for learning miller flips and 360s because they're very forgiving on rotation

Something I hope to reach one day. Still a beginner. Only have 2 seasons under my belt. I got my Burton Step On bindings and boots, but have to wait till next season to try. My brother (got me started in snowboarding) and I were in Rusutsu the week before you guys arrived. I had big fun on the beginner slope over there.

There's no bad feature. Just bad approach. All features are fun. Some are just easier to butt slide 😝

I'm surprised you didn't have up sloped rails and boxes, they're pretty much the only thing I can do slides and presses to grabs and 270 outs. Also rainbows and handrails with stairs are my favourite

I'm pretty new to rails so I have no opinion on those yet. But Rainbow and Curved boxes are probably my favorite!
