Install VICIdial on Linode Cloud using VICIBOX iso. [Install custom image on Linode]

Installing the VICIdial call center suite using VICIBOX iso is easy. But when you want to install it on a cloud platform such as Linode is not that straightforward to install a custom iso file such as VICIBOX. In this video, we will learn how to load and install VICIBOX on the Linode cloud platform. The same method can be used for other custom images or operating systems.

hi, I want to install android server on linode, the android server iso i downloaded it from Android x86 org

And I used the cure command and installing it on linode, but when the installation reach 100 mb size it stops, and it suppose to be reach the 800mb + size I don't know why that happens?

After running this it doesn’t need for the network setup as the ping is working, should we have to change the network setting before installation? Kindly brief me about it and also its asking for the "local ip of your system to run" while installation.

Hi there, have you manage to solve the backup issue on Linode ? As I know there is a limitation and you can’t backup from raw installation. I open a ticket with them discussing the issue and I conclude that this is a provider limitation.

And also the ip is not gping live once i am trying to open thw ip shown in linode its is showing
Website is taking too much time tp respong or sometimes it shows
Website is refusing to connect

Hi when i am rebooting from installer and installing vicidial like ypu showed after opening glish it is asking me for vicidial id and password i tried to give the password which i have created while creating the linode but showing wrong

I have watched all the videos and did practical as well but this video is different. before going to buy this I still have many questions like when I followed this video after that i have to configure vicibox like we did in first video i.e vicibox installation?
and then set region and time etc.
and how I will get sip and everything and on which servers I have to put them
I know how to use vicibox and its configuration but I am still unable to make the real one for myself. I hope you understand what I want to tell you.
