Just finished watching the whole thing... shit was depressing. I don’t feel sorry for FL— she's a doormat who blackmails the ML to marry her and the ML is abusive who uses the FL as a blood bank/kidney donor for her half sister who is sick (she's not)... Oh, but, wait the fl is the one dying of stage 4 kidney cancer and is also pregnant 😢. Anyway, ML treat her like shit to the bitter end, he only comes around when it's too late and she's on her death bed (she actually dies)💔 but their daughter does survive. Btw, Ml does get revenge on the evil half sister.
