As someone who’s dealt with restrictive ED… I only came to this video to say one thing….
Liv Schmidt is NOT RESPONSIBLE for your triggers, YOU ARE! Obviously Liv Schmidt’s is not the type of content people in active anorexia recovery should be watching, that’s what you should be listening to dietician’s and therapist for advice on what to eat, and if you can’t afford that, than Ro Mitchel is a great option. It’s pretty clear as day that the audience that Liv is trying to get to is aspiring models and recovering binge eaters, NOT RECOVERING EATING DISORDERS! The some way Ro’s content is clearly not for recovering binge eaters nor aspiring models, her channel is for anorexics/orthorexic/bulimics in recovery! It’s simply not Livs responsibility to cater and bow down to the triggers of recovering anorexics! It’s your responsibility to choose recovery, block her, say “not interested”, ect… your triggers, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

No but you’re so right like, the way people are so concerned with EDs… when like this type of content literally saved my from my binge ED. It’s so frustrating to me how many people have tried to tear you down for this type of content.

"Food pushers" omg I love this term. It's so true that people really push food on you. I am 5'1" and when I was 27 I was 110 lbs, I've steadily gained weight and I got up to 138 lbs.. I am so sick of it, I'm down to 132 as of this morning. The past 5 years I've leveled up in every other area of my life but I got fat. I turn 32 this month- I am going to make sure the rest of my 30s (and whole life for that matter) I have a body I feel confident in.

Preach Girl!!! I love this! there is nothing wrong with wanting be thin and beautiful. I was always naturally thin, and people constantly made me feel bad for it my whole life. Due to a medical condition I gained weight and I am now overweight, and I really wished I appreciated my thin body before, and realized how blessed I was. I am losing the weight by counting calories ( natures ozempic ) and am happy that you are taking about this for other girls. Keep doing you!

No I literally don't understand why people hate on skinny people. I just watched a video of this girl talking for 40 min anout tiktok promoting ED and most the videos (some were valid) was literally just girls talking about how to be skinny for that they like being skinny. They talked about eating healthy and exercising, not starving themselves. Yet somehow it's hurtful cause they want to be skinny? They don't say the same shit went people say they want to be fat. Or when fat people make the same type of videos, suddenly it's fine cause they're not skinny.

You’re so inspirational! I’m a 13 year old girl and while I’m not overweight, I do binge eat a lot and I know that even if I am not overweight, eating over 4000 calories in one sitting isn’t mentally healthy so I’m trying to fix that. You’ve helped me a lot! ❤❤❤

I loved this video so much! As a fellow thin woman, I could relate to everything you said. I love being skinny, but am constantly being told I should eat more. But like you like and like I always tell my kids - “Worry about yourself!”

I feel it heavy on the “be friendly but not too friendly”… I recently had a situation at work where a coworker I was too friendly with ended up showing hostility at my mom from a luxury service my mother gave to her. The coworker showed me she is low vibration. Sometimes low vibration people don’t know how to hold high vibration energy even though I have always been really nice to her. From now on I’m taking more care of my energy and selecting to who deserves my high vibration. Love your content and I’m hoping you become more famous every soon, more people need to hear from you❤

I’m currently on a fat losss journey and a lot of people have changed towards me. They say to me “don’t get to small” “just eat this it’s only one day” like they just don’t want me to change but then if I was gaining they’d say something too. I’m two dress sizes down now went from a UK 18 to now a 14

I get her. I'm really short and sorta lean, but not toned at all due to stress and lack of time to exercise. Trying to get back in shape is difficult enough without everyone around me putting me down for trying to go back to my skinny girl diet and daily workout, which is frankly bullshit.

Walking and pilates are the only work outs that don’t make me hungry. I also stay away from fruit for the most part. Your body doesn’t know the difference between fruit sugar and sugar. Berries are the only fruit I eat.

comparing ppl with EDs to alcoholics is SO GOOD, you can drink heavily in videos on every social media, post cocktail recipes etc and you'll never get banned, but post one thing with the word "skinny" and ppl freak out
