I made this this afternoon, using several different varieties of ripe jalepenos. Substituted 2T honey for the sugar and used apple cider vinegar. All I can can say is OMG! It is Delicious! 💕

This is a really good relish! For my first batch I was shy of the full amount of peppers, so I made up the difference with minced carrot. I also added some minced garlic (I can't help myself). Anyway, it came out great and we are making a double batch today so as to use up the rest of our peppers.

I made around a gallon this year. Absolutely delicious. 1 with habanero heat and one with superhots.

Saving this recipe for next year's crops. I grew several varieties of hot peppers for the first time this year and had fun canning them into recipes. Next year I will grow more of some, less of others. Due to health issues, I was overwhelmed trying to harvest and process them all. I had no idea how easy it is to freeze them, too! A new freezer is a MUST on my list. Woman on a mission.

Awesome! Just what I needed. I had a few chillies left from one of my plants, this is what I'm gonna have on my burgers tomorrow along with some goat's cheese. Thank you!

Just finished making it. I used sugar rush peach peppers, and followed the recipe quite exactly. WOW is it good! This might be the best thing I've ever made.

I really like condiments like this, and I have every ingredient in the house. Next burger is getting some of this!
For something a bit similar but with the onion and pepper ratios reversed, often I add red jalapeños to caramelizing red onions. Stew that in some red wine and I add (don't shoot me) ketchup to sweeten it up. It's actually very tasty.

I probably would just eat all of it! Gonna try for sure.
