I loved the idea of the dual response; when you say yes to something random you essentially say no to something important! Great!

I like the "Focus Funnel" and saying "No!" As you have stated "Warren Buffet says the difference the successful and super successful is the super successful say "No!" to almost everything!"

Great job as always, Brian. Clear. Succinct. No irrelevant material. Thanks for sharing this with the world.

random video to put this on, but Brian just so you know in my daily gratitudes I have begun including your vids and the time you take to make them. I love these videos you're making...you are truly a GOD at what you do, not just pro. You simultaneously manage to a) condense a book into key concepts b) ensure those key concepts are tangible takeaways that I can use immediately and c) you deliver them with an understanding of the audience, and a humbling presence that depicts your own daily practices that D) are delivered with expert-level speech. You are awesome and I am so glad you followed your passion, because it is changing my life.

I use to see being In traffic was a big time waster but now I don't mind it because I listen to audio books or philosopher notes on my phone.

Brian, I've been on your email list for several months. I honestly have NO idea how I got on your mailing list (Your email just showed up at 1 am the morning after a long timesink online), but I got curious and started reading them. I've been spinning my wheels as a self improvement junkie for years now, but your daily email has given me traction. I'm in the routine of reading your email every morning when I wake up, right after my scripture study, and I've built great habits from what I've learned and your call to action. I now do yoga right after reading your email - something I never gave myself permission to do before, even though I love it. I'm getting up earlier, going to bed earlier, and making sure I get enough sleep. I even started taking naps! Well, more like horizontal meditations since I have only successfully fallen asleep during one once in four months. But it's the attempt that counts. Thank you for your diligence in sending an email every day. You're making a difference!

3. How can a person “multiply time”?

Are you conducting life according to the lunar cycle, because you are changing the times you post videos?
I like Jim Loehr's and Tony Schwartz philosophies, concerning time management!
Ari Meisel philosophy, concerning doing less is similar to Mr. Vaden! SupercalifragilisticIbesuchadopeguru, you made another great video! That shirt is looking tight, Guru Swole!
