The film is about how the '' Elite '' the people with power in all our countries get the power. They sacrifice to get the things they want, '' sell your soul ''. And I am quite happy a Dutch series is made of this idea, don't think this is only a horror film, you need to think past that, open-minded, some parts are fake or might be fake, but how people get the power in a country, a doctor, musician, president etc, this is where it starts.

I just finished the show like five minutes ago and I'm still jaw dropped by that ending. Even though you don't get all the answers in the season (which I hope leads to a season 2), the ending was fucking brilliant. The editing of this show is everything. But if you're the kind of people who can't stand slow-paced movies/shows and rather look for something like Sabrina and stuff, this show is definitely not for you. It's all about paying attention and getting to your own conclusions. Can't wait for season 2

Honestly, it was an interesting show. I'm mixed on it but overall I can't say I didn't like it. I binged because they really captured the eerie atmosphere VERY well. Cinematography was fantastic especially in earlier episodes, and the story build up was great. But what I'm mixed on is the theme (that's basically the 'twist' revealed at the end). I understand it, and there are hints in the beginning, but they were so subtle, that I feel that it just threw the theme in my face which is unpleasant if they seem to be setting up something else.

Just finished. My first dutch drama. A bit slow at a time, but i don't want to give up so just keep watching because only got 8 episodes and 30+ minutes per episode. Need to read the comments here to understand the meaning behind the ending. And i watched all seasons of dark 😂 at least Jakob is cute though.

I just finished watching this TV series and I admit that although I am only 13 years old and the series is disturbing enough it is very beautiful, and if it happens with a nice ending, I recommend it
