In my opinion strength, destructive and power should go to Bonnie, at least in lifting.
He destroyed the metal stalls in the bathroom like they were made of paper.
He was able to rip off and destroy a metal grate from the vent in one hit and as you know the vents are very big in FNAF, that's why the grates are big and thick.
He can hold the weight of the door in FNAF 1 to prevent the player from closing it.
Bonnie along with Freddy destroyed the Pizzeria leaving it collapsed, so clearly they are comparable.
I have nothing against Foxy, in fact I have appreciation for the character.
I just analyze what I saw and I know that Foxy destroyed a wooden door into pieces and the arcade machines, which weigh around 80kg. An athletic human being can lift that weight, I say this because I train with that weight and there are people who lift much more than 80kg.
Anyway, these feats show that despite him appearance, Foxy is very strong, but for me Bonnie is a little superior.
