So, what Faker does exactly, is that he switches his pov to the pov of his teammates with some hot keys in order to gather information about the state of the game and the state of the map. From doing that so much, he sometimes spam presses those hot keys just cause.

Because of his constant pov change, watching him play makes you a bit dizzy and because he is multitasking so much with all the pov changes this has become an actual meme in the lol esports community and there are edits of him supposedly alt tab-ing and playing multiple different games at the same time. Pretty funny edits.

As for if Faker is worse than he used to be, it's more like he has sifted towards a more supporting role for his team rather than having a carry role in the last few years, but he still makes some very flashy plays relatively often. Ofc players have their ups and downs though. But every time you start thinking that Faker is washed, he somehow finds a way to prove you wrong. There is a reason why he is the goat. Also, you need to be hard on yourself in order to keep being the best.
