Let’s talk about stepping outside the load boards and venturing out to having your own customer base. If you have your own Carrier authority, having relationships with brokers are important in its own right. Brokered loads can be a good crutch or fill in between the gaps to keep those wheels turning and your wallet earning.

However… it’s equally if not more important for the growth of your company to have your own customers which you work with directly. I’m this video a talk about that subject some more and things to think about.
