A Nordic cross flag is a flag bearing the design of the Nordic or Scandinavian cross. All independent Nordic countries have adopted such flags in the modern period, and while the Nordic cross is named for its use in the national flags of the Nordic nations, the term Nordic cross is used, in reference not only to the flags of the Nordic countries but to other flags with similar designs.

There's also the flag of Curvelo, Minas Gerais that features a nordic cross. The flag is similar to the flags of Nova Prata and Paramirim (they are in the video).

Tbilisi does, it is a white background with a blue Nordic cross (like Finland) but with a white and gold border, and in the blue cross, there is a red rounded square with a white outline with the city's seal in blue, which the red rounded square is surrounded by seven 7-pointed stars in an arc-shape.
