I continually grow and eat fresh cut microgreens of both kale and broccoli, which are supposed to be 40 to 50 times more nutrient dense than fully grown vegetables. So I hope I am getting all the benefits you described and more. I grow 14 to 16 different vegetable crops as sprouts and microgreens for myself and my wife and to give to our neighbors. It’s a fun and nutritious hobby!

I loved this video!! And this makes me even happier I eat organic kale salads regularly. FYI, I love the British accent of the narrator, especially when she pronounces "AHR". So cool. Thanks for the video!

“Industrialized kale” is poisonous, so buy organic. There is no good reason that ALL food should and can be grown without I appreciate that I can afford organically grown but not everyone can. And if I eat out I can almost be sure the food is not organic.

Washing or buying prewashed kale is probaly a lot cheaper than buying organic, ib be broke if my daily salads were organic, i still cant beleive we live in a time where all of our food isnt organic by default and our governments dont do anything about it but i presume the reason for this is because the pesticides are at a low enough concentration that they dont harm us, whenever i start to worry about these things i just remind myself that gorillaz eat a 100 percent organic raw vegan diet and they still die like every other animal so its best to focus on having fun in life instead of being consumed by health anxiety

I wash my fruit and veggies in a large bowl of water and vinegar and hope for the best. I wonder what rank broc is on the filthy 15 list.

I love broccoli but I find kale one of the least appetizing foods there is. No matter how it’s prepared or disguised, kale (for me) is the equivalent of eating weeds growing in one’s yard.

I hate UK kale. It is sold already chopped with tough stems, not like in US.

Kale is extremely poisons and high oxalates; in my country is called agriculture grass and it's fed only to the cows. Even cows don't eat the kale regularly because it's so poisons. Whoever came with this idea to feed humans with kale is an extraordinary genius 😂
