My theory of the family tree:

Saitama(bald father) × woman (phsycic) with black hair = mob

I have a list of suspects that fit the mother's attributes:

Tatsumaki (tornado) because although she has green hair, saitama still can pass down his black hair genes even though he's bald. Another reason to believe this is that shigeo's brother has green hair which also indicates this. However this could also mean fubuki is the mother as she has darker hair.
