From this, she continued to explain how the study conducted by OHDSI was lead and best practices for leading a study. She then continued the presentation by sharing the three main areas of interest which included, Clinical characterization, patient-level predictions, and population-level effect estimation. Following, Jenna also shared some covid-19 study examples. To conclude, Jenna shared various ways to contribute and other resources.
Andrea Ganna then followed with his presentation on the Covid Host Genetics Initiative. Andrea began by sharing about the COVID-19 HGI, its code of conduct, numbers, and resources, along with ways to share data.
