i saw "ultra realistic game for solo" and i instantly knew it was ground branch, its such a good game. also "good job gamers, lets go home" brought a smile to my face made it feel more like i was working through the bunker with you instead of just watching

I've always played pvp and rarely was interested in pve but after watching some ready or not and this video on ground branch I'm intrigued. You're right Tacti as we get older we don't always have as much time to game and it can be a pain trying to find the right time for your buddies to join but maybe that's when these solo pve games come in. This looks phenomenal, like the solo R6 we never got. It still surprises me how few games of this ilk exist for people who just want to run lone wolf without the headaches, cheats, connection drops etc. we're often forced to deal with these days.

I play Insurgency Sandstorm and I quickly realized while the focus is being tactical….most players just run and gun like its COD. Other games fall under the same issue. But when I played Ghost Recon: Breakpoint I realize how cool I felt clearing a compound solo in that game with an MK18. Made my love for singleplayer games grow further

Fun fact! Ground Branch has a lot of devs working at BlackFoot that worked on the OG Rainbow six. The game is EXTREMELY customizable. You can organize every pocket and piece on your belt, carrier, etc. You can place all the attatchments within a dot grid on the weapon. You can make some seriosuly tacticool/ cursed stuff in this game.

Speaking of adulting/time, i remeber when Stardew Valley came out and was all the hype. I downloaded it, started playing and was cutting grass. Five minutes later i decided it would be better to go cut my own shit lol

Ground Branch is my go-to when I'm tired and just want a little dose of tactical gameplay. I used to do a lot of Lone Wolf in Rainbow Six 3, but Ground Branch is a large step above. Love the gunplay and customization!

The only issue I have with ground branch is the lack of dynamics with the AI. Compared to ready or not the AI in ground branch is lack luster but I've heard that they are working on that with a new company who specializes with AI

Ground Branch and Ready or Not.

By far two of the best games/shooters in a very long time.

Gives me the nostalgia and great feels like the old school Rainbow Six used to, along with Socom seals game from way back when. Will never forget that wonky AI and that headset giving commands and seeing it play out.

Tacti is legit. Uses game knowledge but doesn’t sweat or make you feel like that’s the play style you should follow. Random dad jokes and a good time. I think you mentioned distance running in the past which I’m still into at 31. Waiting for 100k let’s go!

I like that game very much, fell in love in it as soon as I saw how much you can customize your operator and weapons.

My favorite part of this is the reloads, the devs have actually shot and owned guns before, no one I know that owns guns drops mags and forgets about them, nor throws them around or just leave them wherever. Real guns or even in airsoft, everyone takes care of their mags because they cost money and are completely reusable, and tossing them around will eventually break them. The animation of him holding a mag and swapping them out is awesome. Very impressed by this alpha so far, gonna keep an eye on it.

This is what we need more of. Realistic sounds and weapon play, with progression too. Squad is my favorite game with tarkov following it but man it lacks progression and just being able to play solo in a open workd
