It's a remarkable sight to see a mother elephant peacefully eating while her adorable calf is nursing. It's a beautiful nurturing bond between them. Chameleons are enchanting creatures, even in challenging situations, there is hope for escape & transformation. Imagine the awe & exhilaration of encountering that massive crocodile striding confidently through the bush, powerful & fierce protection that a mother embodies. A rare & extraordinary sighting of the rhinos, I hope their numbers continue to increase. Well articulated & explained by Ranger Michael. That's a captivating accent. Thank you, MalaMala❤

Hi MM. That was one so very interesting video clip you put up. The elephant calf was very tiny, as I'd estimate it to be at least 5 to 6 weeks old in age. It is incredible that elephants give birth to a single calf after a 22-month gestation period.

The Nwana female leopard was very curious about that bright green chameleon slowly crawling up the tree at a snails pace. As I think she's coming up for about two years old, she has still got another two years to go before she's old enough for breeding purposes there. I don't think she was dreaming of having it for a snack, but she seemed very interested.

I'd think she was wondering to herself what it was doing just crawling up the tree as well as where it came from. I wouldn't think it's every day that a big cat like a leopard just comes across a chameleon going very slowly about its daily business, like going up a tree to possibly look out for its next meal or a mate. The Nwana female just sniffed it briefly.

The rhinos need saving from very serious extinction in order to stop them from being poached unnecessarily. It is just so very cruel indeed, which I think could lead to tiny rhino calves being traumatised and just losing the will to live so that it can go to heaven to join its or their mother. Poaching is so very cruel and unnecessary, and it needs to be put to a stop for good completely. Do you know if their horns will regrow back if they get down off? Baby rhinos need their mother for safety and protection so they can be taught everything they need to know for later life.

I'd assume that large crocodile was just looking for another pan of water to crawl into, to enjoy a good cooling of in it. I find it so amazing that those huge reptiles can live for over 100 years in terms of life. I've heard it on documentaries before that large crocodiles can go without food for up to two years as well. Haven't you?

Hope to hear from you shortly.

I saw recently where some areas are painting the rhino horns to deter the poachers.

Beautiful Elly and baby. But, did the elephant in the background just give birth?

@5:20, it's sad, but at $585, 000 per kilo for a rhino horn which weighs 2-3 kilos, it's no wonder these extremely poor Africans will risk their very lives to poach them.

Rhinos comeback is so great, they shouldn't have to suffer because of greed, ot makes me very sad! I've seen videos show young Rhinos actually crying for their mom, when a new baby comes alone & mom says it's time son for u to go!
