In the mexican dub of most H&B properties Dick Dastardly is called "Pierre Nodoyuna" the first name being just a stereotypical french name, but "Nodoyuna" is a composite of the phrase "No doy una" which means, basically, "I always miss/mess up".

And Muttley was called "Patán" which is just an old timey way to say "Jerk".
