I absolutely LOVE how the trainer never puts down the trainee or makes her the butt of the joke. It would be so easy for her to make fun of the Starbucks transplant, but no, she just comes at it with empathy and patience. I get it's a comedy sketch, but it's just so refreshing and wholesome.
