It's always good to see any live footage of Bloodstone.

I dig that bass players outfit and top hat. But that mid50’s Fender bass is super clean and has a clear classic thump.

I think this is the only time I've seen a guitarist of a 70's funk band playing a Les Paul. It was usually a Fender model or Gibson 335 (as the other guy has) or jazz models. I never understood that because most "rock bands" back then DID use LP's. Or Strats, Tele's etc. Even more odd is I don't know how I missed this band! Never heard of them back then, and I graduated in 75. Plus I rarely missed watching The Midnight Special.

Didn't Bloodstone moved to England back around 1973 & 1974?? Producer Mike Vernon was born in England. Why they did not live in the US??
