more precisely the value for red color should be low= [0, 50, 50] (h=0, s=50, v= 50) and high = [20, 255, 255]
the range for hue is 0-180
while for sat and val is 0 - 180
we generally select the range for sat n val from 50 for low and 255 for high
the value of h is selected based on the color we choose to detect
the value for hsv can found from the following image:
