NOT THAT BAD!!! I set a timer for the last tire and I was able to get the tire on and bead set in 4 minutes us in the method in the video.

Remove the core, remove your air chuck, and release air pressure straight in the tire next time. That will set the beads for you, then just install the core stem afterwards, and properly inflate. That's the way I used to do it at a tire shop in high school. Awesome vid!

Pull the valve stem core to seat the bead. If it won't seat, put a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire, and cinch it down and try again.

Use 2 bars and 2 sets of vise grips to keep the bead from walking back on you when you're on the far side of the wheel.

You get pretty good at it when it's the only way you can mount or de-mount your tires

Dish soap works really well for putting the tires on.

You can always steal the valve stem centers out of your children's bicycle wheels lol

Spray a little starting fluild and hook up the air and thru a match at the tire but strap the wheel down so it doesnt shot up when it pops.

I got one of those manual machines everyone mounts to a pallet.
it helps a lot but is still very physical.

You dont think the screws will break if your trying to race the donkey on the ice? Lake george in Colorado they do ice racing but the use bolts with nuts and washers ground down to a point....

Two things not enough lubrication and the other thing when you're mounting the tire like that everybody else already said it you should be able to throw the first bead on without too much issue as for the second one you're supposed to hold the far side down inside the rim to make it easier to pull over the rim I've only been mounting my tires since I had my license lol

It makes me cringe watching because I’ve done it manually like this 300 times hahaha. Next time to seat the bead leave the valve stem out and put your compressor end directly on the valve stem without the pump attachment on the compressor. It’ll blow that bead on in a matter of seconds
