This Blue trail at Cwmcarn in South Wales is one of the best introductory trails around. There's not a huge range of options in South Wales if you're just starting your mountain bike journey but this trail offered the perfect introduction to beginners. It's also littered with features for more experienced riders to get creative. Chris takes a run down with Andy to show you what to expect out there on the trail and maybe give you some inspiration to try a few jumps as well.
