Ive been stuck in 30 degrees below 0 for the last 11 hours. Extreme pain in my face feet legs hands. Shivering uncontrollably. Not sure if I should get checked out.

if this is true than how do navy seals function wet cold an miserable in all climates i grew up in Alaska with my mom i moved to north ga with my dad i can sit out side with out a shirt on while my dad is standing in front of the heater. i dont understand these kind videos
