Netbox Site Region Tenant Design Examples

You've seen that the Site is the core and that you can group Sites into Regions or split them into multiple Tenants. From a Region point of view, there are two possible perspectives that you can take when using NetBox.

Tenants are throwing me off. The tutorials state that they're used to subdivide sites but netbox doesn't seem to structure them that way. In fact sites seem to be assigned to a tenant, not the other way around. I don't see how multiple tenants can be associated with a single site. The videos do show tenants explained as "departments", & it would make sense to have multiple departments (tenants) within a site, but it's a no go on my install. What am I missing?

I am finding the same. I can only assign 1 tenant to a site. Can you do a video showing how to assign multiple tenants to a site as this is exactly what I need

You didn't show how to split a site up with multiple tenants. They don't seem to work that way. For example. I've got a site which is an office building. We have different floors in that building. HR is on 1st floor, SMT is on 5th floor, IT is on 3rd floor. Floors cannot be tenants apparently.

Only one issue, a site can only have 1 tenant assigned.
