In this video I am going to show you how to block specific words on Instagram message requests.

Instagram allows you to stop receiving message requests with certain words and phrases that you find offensive.

Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it:

1. Go to your Instagram profile tab and click on the three lines icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Hit Settings.
3. Press on the Privacy section.
4. Now choose the Hidden Words option.
5. After that click on the Manage list section and enter certain words, phrases and even emojis that you don’t want to see in message requests.
6. Once you have the list with specific words, go back and toggle the slider to the right side next to the Hide message requests option.
