The PNY GEFORCE RTX is essentially the same electronics as all 4080s but this model does not use the vapor chamber, though unless you want to do some major overclocking, this should not be an issue. PNY targets commercial customers and not gamers, so the biggest difference is actually cosmetics and the lack of any fancy lighting, that so many gamers feel compelled to buy. If you are on a budget, you can save some money by going to the PNY (or similar cards) and not feel slighted. You will still get much better performance than a 3090 Ti, and you get DLSS 3 with frame generation, so double the frame rate of the 3090 TI.
