This lecture is primarily concerned with the leaders and followers of a variety of philosophies (religious, spiritual, ethical) used for guiding one’s life while neglecting a social philosophy and direction for society. It discusses the problems and benefits of conforming to such philosophies and comments upon the ideas of Buckminster Fuller, Norbert Wiener, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Helena Blavatsky, Kenneth Keyes Jr., and Mark Twain. This lecture analyzes notions of introspection, satisfaction, peace of mind, nature lovers, higher consciousness, approval, sharing, good behavior, insecurity, personal judgement, and more.

The Venus Project proposes an alternative vision of what the future can be if we apply what we already know in order to achieve a sustainable new world civilization. It calls for a straightforward redesign of our culture in which the age-old inadequacies of war, poverty, hunger, debt and unnecessary human suffering are viewed not only as avoidable but as totally unacceptable. Anything less will result in a continuation of the same catalog of problems inherent in today's world.

I'm currently doing nothing to further TVP

I was previously building a Bitcoin placement where I could raise funds for TVP but the Bitcoin crash happened so that is on hold until/if Bitcoin recovers.

Aside from that I now have a fulltime job so I am self sustaining monetarily and in my sparetime I am an activist for animal rights and promoting veganism to the general public with a large group of friends every weekend.

This is as much as I am capable of right now - but I would eventually like to do more for humanity when I am able/have more spare time.

Confucianism and Buddhism are based on hierarchy, and behavioral norms are strictly enforced by coercion, intimidation, exclusion and various ways of inflicting pain on those who don't conform to their role, i.e. don't act the way they are expected to. There is no devotion to love, people conform in order to avoid the pain of confrontation. The difference is how many things do you have to conform to. In some countries like the US, people know the police and the law will protect them, so they feel more relaxed to confrontation, but in other countries, people know the police and the law will not protect them, which leads them to want to avoid any confrontation for their own life. Then there's also the history factor, America was populated by people from all around the world which prevented the formation of any single behavioral norm, that's why in countries formed by immigrants, there is very little conformity while in homogeneous societies conformity is very strong.
