A bull will always be bull even at the very cliff edge ignoring all data on GDP and the labour market. Bloomberg needs to get in someone who has a flexible mind and look at things pragmatically.

To claim Fed is "complacent" about inflation is a bit insulting to the Fed. Traditionally, Fed raised rates until things broke in the economy to lower inflation. Causing a recession. Then Fed has to cut rates to get out of recession. Fed was right. Inflation was transitory.

Besides deficit spending, the inflationary forces of last few years are no longer there. Even immigration has slowed.

What was BOE saying about inflation at one point? "The cure for high prices is high prices."

There's a tendency to revert to the means.

This "animal spirits" is not the same animal it was 2 years ago.

Rates were too restrictive. Yes people will feel a bit of "animal spirits". But it's fleeting. We don't know where the economy will find it's footing. I don't see a big reacceleration in inflationary forces.

S&P 10, 000 2025, 20, 000 in 2027. Buy everything with a 3 or 4 letter ticker.

I don't know this guy, but it sounds like a lot of assertions. If he was on QVC his speech pattern would be much the same.
