The faithful servants (Luke 12:41–48)

When Peter asks to whom Christ is speaking when he calls on his servants to be watchful, Christ answers in a way that applies to him and embraces all. He contrasts the faithful with the foolish servant, pointing to the goodness and justice of the Master in dealing with all when he comes to call all to account.
