Martin Koltek - Realm (Kiz Pattison Full Removal Remix)
Показать описание
RELEASE DATE 2016-11-07
LABEL Compatible Music
CATALOG CMP020
Poland's Martin Koltek debuts on Compatible Music with a simply stellar piece of techno, potent in it's musicality and drive. Standalone offering 'Realm' wastes little time in developing a delectable series of synthesis, dripping with vitality for the peak-time dancefloor.
As is customary, Sebastian Markiewicz dons his remix hat. The remix is respectful to the key original elements, while a stomping rhythm takes firm grip of the soundscape. This energy makes way for a body of cultured atmospherics that are both trippy and emotive before percussive-led service is resumed.
Welshman Breccia revisits the label following a well-received collaborative EP with Markiewicz last summer and delivers the second of the quaternary of remixes. Shuffling rhythms and a thumping techno underbelly set the scene before an animated flood of familiar yet reinvented hooks from Koltek's original are teased and expunged in sharply juxtaposing fashion.
With a recent Compatible release under his belt, Venetian Phil Kix makes a swift return to the imprint with the penultimate rework. As expected, Kix turns in a driving techno powerhouse, jammed with intensity which rarely subsides for the duration of the mix.
Another established label name, UK-based Kiz Pattison completes the final piece of the jigsaw with his 'Full Removal' mix. A perfect contrast to the interpretations that have preceded, Pattison strips things back, allowing the synth lines to flourish with fresh zeal not found in the original elements.
Something for everyone here and we hope you enjoy.
