- 20g Mint Infused Simple Syrup
- 3g of Muddled Mint
Let sit in serving cup
- 40g Espresso
- 60g Ice
- 40g Cold Water
Shake till frothy in a mason jar.
- 80g of Milk
- Cold Froth in French Press
Press till it doubles in size.
In a 12oz cup add half of the milk to the cup with the simple syrup. Pour in the shaken americano. Top with the remainder of the Cold Froth Milk. Garnish with Mint. Stir and enjoy.
