I am using the dream pid machine too. Do you know why my machine stop automatically making coffee when the pid screen show only 20 ?
From your video, when you make a double shot, your machine stopped at around 28 (at 3:45).

At first I thought it is related to the Preinfusion, but it doesn’t help.

You said you would adjust the pressure with some coffees. Is that done by adjusting grind / dose / tamp pressure or is there some adjustment on the machine itself?

Wow. For just a couple hundred $$ more, you can get a Duo. The Dream is a beautiful machine, but overpriced for what it is by comparison.
