For everyone wondering why he would say this about a house his is trying to sell. I don't think they are the agency selling it, they are just showing properties that are for sale. You tell them what you are looking for, and they check the market listings, and these are places that are listed.

This is one really really beautiful traditional house to me, except the annex. Not top of the line, and the garden needs some tlc, but genuinely gorgeous and cozy.

I think the biggest shocker is that there is an extra room that is unregistered and not earthquake proof? 🤨. Then the house was built on a slope? 🤔.
