Seems to be different on the most recent version of Office 365. But the general direction pointed out is helpful! Use alt to enter the shortcut mode and you'll see labels for each ribbon buttons

why does the strikethrough tool even exist? i understand that it shows that text has been deleted but like....you're on a computer why not just delete the text? is it for dramatic effect? im clueless would someone mind lending me a hand in unraveling this mystery?
