I'm not so sure about putting it anywhere on the seat, because knowing my family's luck, someone's sensitive bits would rub against it, or their fingers would then they'd touch sensitive bits... and it would be GOODNIGHT, IRENE! YEEEOUCHY!😬🤣

I love the new use for Vicks Vapor Rub taking the yellow stains off of the toilet seat. I could see it in your video that it works. I'm going to do it right now, I just saw what you did with it and I plan on telling other people. You always have great ideas!

I use vapor rub for everything and on all parts of body for pain. It is the best. Any type of oils in the toilet paper rolls make it smell good.

I agree that is not a good idea to leave on the seat. Wait till you get some of that where its not supposed to be. Lol you may also get it on your clothes from the seat and I'm pretty sure that will leave a grease stain

If you have EVER got menthol, chili juice or worse jalapeño oils in your ne’er regions, you would never again put any type of warming oil on the commode seat, hinge or paper roller 🥺
I use essential oils on the inside of the paper rolls for a refreshing deodorizer in the restroom. Baking soda & Vinegar will eliminate stains. And cleaning the hinges with a drop of Dawn Dish soap on a wet towel will stop a squeak.

I have used your hack of Vaseline on my stove and so cheap and safely to use … I have a Kenmore from 1971/72 with a second oven on top (one unit) the underneath so gritty and dirty I’ve tried all kinds of chemicals to clean it. Yes it took some elbow grease but it is gradually getting cleaner. Thx4Ur hacks!!!!

I can already feel my business burning from touching a lid with vicks on it! Ouch!

Also germs love a fatty sticky surface so I don't find it a good idea. Hydroxen peroxide works perfect. Take the seat of on a sunny day, mix oxiaction with hydroxen peroxide and apply, cover it with plastic folie and let the sun do the work. Works also to make any yellowish plastic like new again.

Maybe. Thanks for the tips. Only thing is Vicks Vapor Rub does have a strong medicine kind of smell. I do use it on my body for aches and pains, but to use it on my Toilet, I have better smelling cleaners that don't make your eyes water. So, I don't think so for this idea.
